before a crowd of 2,590 on a warm autumn afternoon. The Billikens
started to gain control of the play after freshman Will John
and Vedad Ibisevic entered the game. The winning goal was scored
in the 64th minute on a header by senior back Kevin Wickart (24)
on an assist from freshman midfielder John DiRaimondo (8). SLU
had 16 shots (7 shots-on-goal, 4 corner kicks) as compared with
Bradley with 6 shots (4 shots-on-goal, 6 corner kicks). |
