SIUC (2-9) lost to the University of Northern Iowa (10-2) before a small SIU arena crowd of people braving the winter advisory. SIUC had trouble matching against both the inside play and the quick jump shots of the Panthers. UNI dominated throughout the game, which resulted in a convincing 75-47 road victory.
